Lead the Children's Ministry at CLCC as the Family Discipleship Director, focusing on supporting parents and developing a ministry for children ages 0-11. Inspire families to grow in faith and love for Jesus. As an integral leader at CLCC, your role will involve collaborating with church pastors to design effective discipleship strategies.

You will organize family services, events, and small groups that help parents engage in their children's spiritual upbringing. Establishing a network of support for families while nurturing the children's ministry will be key in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate children's ministry activities and events
- Guide parents to become primary disciplers
- Recruit and train volunteers for various age groups




- Foster relationships with families and provide support
- Work with other ministry leaders on outreach initiatives Requirements:
- Theological and biblical literacy in accordance with POAC
- Robust organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in volunteer recruitment and training
- Enthusiasm for engaging with children and parents
