- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and other common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied regularly.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards during all cleaning activities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.

Skills

- Proven custodial experience or prior work in commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety protocols related to commercial spaces.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
- Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals is a plus.
