We are a property management company looking for a reliable and experienced Building Cleaner & Light Maintenance to service several residential apartment buildings in the Montreal area.

This position is ideal for someone who is independent, responsible, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable handling both cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

- Clean common areas of residential buildings on a weekly or biweekly schedule
- Clean hallways, staircases, entrances, lobbies and other common areas
- mop and maintain floors
- Clean doors, windows and other common surfaces as required
- Empty garbage and keep common areas clean and presentable
- Perform light maintenance and minor repairs when required
- Report maintenance problems or damage noticed while visiting the properties
- Perform complete apartment cleaning between tenants when units become vacant
- Occasionally handle additional cleaning or maintenance requests

Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience required
- Experience cleaning apartment buildings or commercial properties is an asset




- Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
- Able to travel between different properties in the Montreal area
- Comfortable performing basic/light maintenance
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Physically capable of performing cleaning and light maintenance duties

Schedule Regular weekly/biweekly building cleaning, with additional hours available for apartment turnovers and other work as needed.

We are looking for someone interested in developing a long-term working relationship with our company. The right person will be trusted to manage their assigned properties independently and make sure our buildings are kept clean, safe and well maintained.

Job Type: 40h week

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
