What would my role be? Reporting to Manager, Outpatient Programs you will provide customer service, process incoming calls and voice-mail messages, confirm, book and register patient appointments, assist with filing and other clerical duties as required.
How do I qualify?
Required
- One (1) year Community College Diploma in clerical, office administration, or a health-related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an office environment including, preferably, medical and general office procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in French and English (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement.)
Preferred:
- Experience and proficiency in MEDITECH (basic)
