Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with product inquiries, sales, and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, a passion for healthcare support, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist practitioners in selecting appropriate footcare supplies based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions using our Shopify platform and Sage software.
- Promote additional products through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and sales performance.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions to ensure accurate documentation.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service within a retail or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining a client-focused approach.
- Experience with Shopify or other e-retail sites platforms would be preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory counts and shipping/receiving would be an asset.
- The ability to work well within a small team.
- Effective communication skills with a professional demeanor and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
