Duties

- Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, greeting and seating patients, including recording vital signs and updating health records accurately.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-up visits, and patient flow to optimize clinic operations.
- Prepare operatories by ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and readiness of supplies and equipment.
- Support patients through compassionate care, answering questions,



providing empathy where needed, and guiding them through procedures.
- Follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Proven ability to deliver excellent patient care with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- WHIMIS / Health and Safety / CPR certification preferred.
- Must have good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

We are committed to providing initial paid training opportunity that foster growth, learning, and meaningful contributions. Pay: $18.60-$21.35 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
