As the Associate Director of Care, you will be instrumental in overseeing clinical operations and staff management in a supportive workplace.

Your role encompasses development of care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, compliance with regulations, and providing ongoing education to nursing staff. You’ll foster a team-oriented culture, enhancing both teamwork and professional growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee clinical leadership for secure resident care




- Collaborate on personalized care plans for residents
- Train and evaluate nursing professionals and support staff
- Ensure all operations meet regulatory compliance

- Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent
- Registered in valuable standing with the College of Nurses
- At least 1 year experience in Long-Term Care
- Minimum 2-3 years management experience in healthcare
