Duties

- Greet guests warmly, providing excellent guest services and ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
- Assist with serving food and beverages, maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, demonstrating polished phone etiquette and explicit communication skills
- Support the coordination of events or activities, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently




- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the venue
- Handle customer concerns promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to enhance overall guest experience

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, showcasing familiarity with hospitality operations
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Experience using POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Background in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in guest-focused settings
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food service procedures, and restaurant operations is beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality roles will help you thrive in this lively position
