YOUR ROLE:

As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to Lawyers working on infrastructure projects.

Your varied and challenging tasks will include:

- Drafting, editing and reviewing correspondence relating to public-private partnerships (P3) projects;
- Prepare and review various voluminous legal documents to proponents, consortia, constructors, lenders and other private sector project participants, as well as authorities in multiple jurisdictions at the federal, provincial and municipal government levels across North America;




- Manage Lawyers' agendas;
- Follow-up with various internal and external stakeholders.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experience as a Legal Assistant in commercial law or in a similar position;
- Good bilingualism, spoken and written;
- Valuable knowledge of computer software, specifically advance Word fonctions;
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills;
- Autonomy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
