Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, for a Commercial Real Estate Agent.

Responsibilities include prospecting and developing client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating lease or sales agreements, and representing clients in commercial real estate transactions.



The agent will stay up-to-date with market trends, identify potential opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, maintaining professional standards and compliance will be essential to ensure high-quality client service.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate practices
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and understanding of brokerage operations
- Sales acumen and proven client engagement skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market analysis and evaluate properties effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with real estate software tools and CRM systems is an asset
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Toronto market is a plus
