Join Community Addiction Services of Niagara as an Addictions Outreach Counsellor. In this full time position, you will play a key role in providing support and understanding to clients facing addiction challenges in various community settings. As an entry-level counsellor, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Youth and Outreach Services.

Your responsibilities will encompass effective assessment, comprehensive treatment planning, and fostering client engagement through individual and group counselling.

Experience with various therapeutic methodologies will serve you well in promoting recovery. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform initial client assessments to identify needs
- Facilitate group and individual counselling sessions




- Develop and adjust treatment plans collaboratively
- Advocate for clients and coordinate with partner agencies
- Document and maintain accurate clinical records Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or diploma with experience
- Registered with a regulatory college preferred
- Drivers license and current insurance necessary
- Skills in crisis management and problem-solving
