In this prospect with ComPsych, you will deliver client-centered counseling services to employees and their families as part of our Employee Assistance Program.

Your role includes offering short-term, solution-oriented support to clients facing various challenges, from anxiety to work-life balance. You will execute intake assessments, maintain clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with professional guidelines while fostering a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Offer solution-focused EAP counseling in face-to-face sessions




- Conduct relevant clinical assessments and evaluations
- Assist clients with workplace stress and relational issues
- Ensure comprehensive and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care transitions with ComPsych processes Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- 3 years minimum clinical experience post-master’s
- Valid professional accreditation
- Relevant liability insurance coverage
