JOB PURPOSE The Compliance Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate, audit-ready organizational data and compliance documentation across multiple proprietary systems. In this role, you will support regulatory requirements and operational growth by managing vendor lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional projects, and conducting process audits. Additionally, you will serve as a central hub for multiple existing and current SOC audit across processes such as internal audit, regulatory requirements, information gathering, cross-team communications and leading select organizational initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Profile, tasks and repository maintenance across different platforms
- Internal document audits including version maintenance
- Compliance master sheet maintenance for multiple proprietary systems
- Monitor and track completion of recurring compliance activities
- Attend meetings with stakeholder as required
- Update and draft compliance documents and minutes following compliance meetings with stakeholders
- French translation coordination including touchpoint meetings with stakeholders
- Answer incoming phone calls and email inquiries as required
- Document internal operations in proprietary systems
- Third-party due diligence
- System data alignment ensuring client information is consistent across all internal systems
- User on and off boarding management including workflows, permissions and logs
- Annual Acknowledgement maintenance
- Administrative & project coordination
- Compliance & website inquiries

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree or diploma in BCom, BBA, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, compliance, or project coordination role is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits is highly desirable.
- Experience assisting with data entry, data cleansing, or system migrations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in document control systems and version management protocols.




- Ability to manage data across multiple platforms
- Precision in drafting meeting minutes, updating and verifying compliance documents.
- Ability to handle sensitive operational data with strict confidentiality.
- Proactive approach to identifying data inconsistencies across internal systems.
- Comfortable providing cross-functional support and pivoting between administrative tasks and high-level project coordination.
- Experience successfully managing multiple priorities
- Ability to use a process-driven approach using excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to embrace change and take initiative to make continual improvements
- Demonstrated history of taking ownership of responsibilities and driving tasks to completion
- Excellent communication and active listening skills

Pay: $50,000–$55,000
