We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including forming, finishing, and installation. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures and surfaces.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth and durable surfaces.
- Engage in flooring installation using concrete materials as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on job sites.
- Set up and dismantle concrete forms according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and finishing processes is essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to concrete work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Must be willing to travel for work (food and accomodations covered)
