Multi-Way General Contracting Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer / General Construction Handyman to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working on residential construction projects and can assist with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate should be practical, dependable, and able to work independently when required.

Responsibilities include:

- General construction labour and site cleanup
- Back framing and minor framing work
- Painting and touch-ups
- Minor repairs and deficiencies
- Installing blocking, backing, trim, and other finishing items
- Loading and unloading construction materials
- Moving materials around the job site
- Assisting carpenters and other trades
- Using common hand and power tools
- Preparing work areas and keeping the job site organized
- Completing miscellaneous construction and handyman-type tasks as required

Qualifications:





- Previous residential construction experience is preferred
- Experience with framing, painting, repairs, or finishing work is an asset
- Must be comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying construction materials
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence and own transportation is preferred
- Must be willing to work at different construction sites as required

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and versatile, rather than someone who specializes in only one trade. Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
