Responsibilities include preparing master format estimates, advising on tendering procedures, and estimating general expenses. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication with stakeholders, including engineers and architects, and a detail-oriented approach under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates of labor and material costs
- Read blueprints and specifications for projects
- Create and submit estimate reports and quote sheets
- Operate CADD and other estimating software
- Monitor contract expenditures and adjust as needed Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years estimating experience
- College/CEGEP education preferred
- Client-focused and organized
- Excellent oral communication skills
