Take charge of crucial construction projects as a Construction Project Manager overseeing industrial and institutional work. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes effective budget management and quality control. We seek a Construction Project Manager who will handle budgets up to $8 million in various construction settings.

Responsibilities include selecting trade subcontractors and ensuring that all operations follow quality assurance protocols. This position requires excellent communication skills for effective supervision and requires completion of work at the physical site. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and negotiate contracts and changes
- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations
- Direct and supervise subcontractor activities
- Develop quality control programs
- Analyze project data and prepare detailed reports Requirements:
- 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience
- Knowledge in mechanical construction preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project
- Basic security clearance needed
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle Excel in project management within agile construction settings.
