Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment. Maintain and update project schedules daily; coordinate with trades to meet deadlines. Monitor and control project budgets, approve invoices, and manage purchase orders.

Quality Control: Conduct inspections, maintain records, and enforce quality standards. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. Implement corrective actions to prevent delays and deficiencies.

Communication & Leadership: Act as the primary on-site manager; resolve issues proactively. Maintain positive relationships with trade partners and internal teams. Provide clear notifications and updates on schedule and quality expectations.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized site. Ensure all permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.

Documentation: Keep accurate site journals, photos, inspection reports,



and as-built drawings. Prepare turnover documents and ensure all deficiencies are completed before occupancy.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent is preferred

Strong leadership and organizational skills, including five or more years of residential or construction supervisory experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.

Knowledge of construction processes, scopes of work, and budget management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Personal accountability for the success of the project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
