Key Responsibilities:

Core Growth & Content Creation: Take ownership of editing and producing engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to drive massive organic traffic.

Platform Management: Strategize, post, and manage content across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X) to build our digital footprint.

Startup Execution: Work closely with the founder to test marketing ideas, track performance, and directly impact the agency's revenue.

Office & Operational Support: Handle daily office coordination, receive incoming package deliveries, and help build out our new workspace together.

What We Are Looking For:

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Valid SIN / Work Permit / PR / Citizen).

A true startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, hungry to win,



and ready to roll up your sleeves.

Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) and a strong eye for viral social media trends.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Reliable and available to work on-site at our office location.
