Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Writer with 2–3 years of qualified content writing experience and a strong understanding of SEO content optimization, AI search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and social media content.

The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging, informative, and search-optimized content for websites, blogs, social media, and off-page SEO activities. The candidate will work closely with the SEO and digital marketing teams to develop content that improves organic visibility, AI discoverability, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, original, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, landing pages, service pages, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize existing and new content based on SEO best practices, search intent, keywords, content structure, and readability.
- Develop content optimized for AI search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer platforms.
- Structure content to improve its chances of being understood, referenced, and surfaced by search engines and AI systems.
- Conduct content research, competitor analysis, and topic research to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Work with the SEO team to incorporate target keywords naturally while maintaining high-quality, reader-focused content.
- Create content for off-page SEO activities, including guest posts, articles, blogs, press releases, business listings, and other relevant content formats.
- Write engaging and informative guest-post articles for third-party websites and publications.
- Develop press release content for company announcements, product launches, events, achievements, and other PR activities.
- Create supporting content for link-building and outreach campaigns while maintaining quality and relevance.
- Write compelling social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn,



Facebook, Instagram, X, and other relevant channels.
- Create social media captions, posts, promotional content, campaign copy, and short-form content aligned with brand voice.
- Repurpose blogs and long-form content into engaging social media posts and other content formats.
- Develop content ideas based on industry trends, audience interests, search trends, and business objectives.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, grammar, and editorial standards.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, readability, originality, and SEO performance.
- Collaborate with SEO, marketing, and social media teams to execute content strategies.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, GEO practices, content marketing trends, and social media best practices.

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in content writing.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Hands-on experience creating SEO-optimized content.
- Good understanding of keyword usage, search intent, content hierarchy, headings, internal linking, and on-page SEO.
- Practical understanding of AI content optimization and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Experience creating content designed for AI-powered search and answer engines.
- Experience writing guest posts, articles, blogs, press releases, and other off-page SEO content.
- Experience creating social media content for multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of different content formats and audience requirements.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, informative, and conversion-focused content.
- Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ability to adapt writing style according to different brands, industries, and target audiences.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
