Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for efficient cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Assist customers with product inquiries, including product demos and technical sales when applicable
- Maintain store merchandising standards by organizing shelves, displays, and stock levels
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities
- Manage phone etiquette by answering inquiries professionally and directing calls appropriately
- Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, refunds, or price checks to ensure accuracy
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift




- Handle cash responsibly, balancing registers at the end of each shift with precision
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product rotation

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience with technology sales or product demos enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a lively environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Customer service experience that showcases your ability to connect positively with shoppers
