Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet menu specifications.
- Food safe certificate
- Practice food safety and ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, mixing, assembling ingredients, and setting up cooking stations efficiently.
- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces,



adhering to health standards.
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to ensure quality and minimize waste.
- Support the team during busy periods by multitasking effectively and maintaining a high level of energy and motivation.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards to prevent contamination or accidents.
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience demonstrating familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in meal preparation.
- Criminal record check required.
