The Role: Templating Technician

We are currently seeking a motivated Templating Technician to join our crew. This is a central position within our team that requires strong leadership and coordination skills. Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and accuracy are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Review: Thoroughly review project files prior to site visits, including stone layout, color selections, exclusions, and unit counts.
- Project Planning: Assess each job’s safety and installation requirements to develop a comprehensive project plan.
- Technical Measurements: Capture precise measurements using the Proliner digital templating device, promptly transferring files and uploading photos upon completion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Shop Sawyer and Installation Crew to ensure job success. Discussing key details, opportunities, and challenges for every project minimizes errors and improves client outcomes.

Requirements:

- Technical Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of construction, measurement, and installation processes. Use of Digital Proliner devices and software is required.
- Customer Service:



Strong interpersonal skills and on-site problem-resolution abilities for this client-facing role.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and transport the digital templating device to and from job sites.
- Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to safety planning and adherence to protocols.
- Motivation: A desire to take on a leadership role with opportunities for continued growth and advancement.
- Daily Driving: A valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driving record.
