JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a hybrid, full time opportunity with our financial services client.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing corporate governance and corporate compliance, including maintaining subsidiary records, organizational charts, audit inquiries and corporate books, drafting resolutions and annual meeting documentation, facilitating director/officer life-cycle events, partnering with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to address legal requests and banking/KYC documentation, and identifying process improvements via AI tools.

The role is to be hybrid (minimum 3 days per week) in Toronto, anticipated to be 40 hours per week for ~3-6-months.
