Position Overview

Skin Essence MedSpa is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Cosmetic Nurse Injector (RN or RPN) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, personable and passionate about medical aesthetics. We are looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with clients, creating individualized treatment plans and helping clients achieve natural, beautiful results.

Hours will be based on client demand and booked appointments, with the opportunity for the position to grow as the injector builds their clientele.

Responsibilities The Cosmetic Nurse Injector will be responsible for providing aesthetic consultations, injectable treatments and select medical aesthetic services, including but not limited to:

- Neuromodulator injections such as Botox/Nuceiva
- Dermal filler treatments, including lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples and facial balancing
- PRP/PRF treatments and injections
- B12 and vitamin injections
- IV therapy
- Fat-dissolving injections
- Biostimulator treatments
- Microneedling and additional skin rejuvenation treatments
- Providing thorough consultations and creating individualized treatment plans
- Educating clients regarding treatment options,



expectations, pre-care and post-care
- Completing follow-up calls and appointments to monitor client outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed and accurate treatment documentation, consent forms, charting and photography
- Maintaining a clean, organized and professional treatment environment
- Staying current with developments, techniques and safety standards within the medical aesthetics industry
- Assisting with treatment-related social media content, education and promotional material
- Supporting the growth of the clinic through client retention, rebooking and excellent customer service
- Providing administrative support related to patient care when required

Requirements The successful candidate must:
- Be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing
- Have previous hands-on experience providing cosmetic injectable treatments
- Have experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Be comfortable treating areas including lips, chin, jawline, temples and other facial areas
- Have experience with or willingness to provide PRP/PRF, B12 injections, IV therapy, fat-dissolving treatments and other medical aesthetic procedures
- Demonstrate excellent consultation and treatment-planning skills
- Be confident communicating treatment recommendations while respecting each client's goals and comfort level
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail




- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable participating in social media content related to treatments and education
- Be organized and committed to thorough documentation and follow-up care
- Be available to work Friday's and some Wednesday's or Saturday's
- Be motivated to grow alongside the clinic and help build and maintain a loyal client base

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands that the client experience extends beyond the treatment itself.

The ideal candidate will take the time to understand each client's concerns, recommend treatments appropriately, create realistic treatment plans and ensure clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience.

A strong interest in continuing education and staying current with new techniques, products and developments in medical aesthetics is essential.

Previous medical aesthetics experience is considered a strong asset.

Part-Time

Hours will initially depend on booked appointments and client demand, with the potential for additional hours as the position and clientele grow.

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Botox and Filler experience (required)
