CRANE OPERATOR – RED SEAL A TICKET

Fourthrite Framing and Forming is looking for an experienced A-Ticket Crane Operator to join our team and operate tower cranes on upcoming projects throughout Coquitlam, Delta, and Vancouver, BC.

Fourthrite has been in business for over 30 years, specializing in concrete forming and wood-frame construction. We have a strong backlog of projects carrying us through the end of 2027 and beyond, and we're looking for the right person to join us long-term.

Our typical projects consist of 2–3 storeys of concrete parkade with approximately 6 storeys of wood-frame construction above.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Red Seal / A-Ticket Crane Operator
- Reliable and dependable
- Safety-oriented
- Experienced operating tower cranes
- Comfortable working closely with forming and framing crews
- A team player who understands how to keep a job moving efficiently
- Focused on getting the work done quickly, safely, and properly

Locations: Coquitlam, Delta & Vancouver Start Date: Positions available as early as 2 weeks from now

Responsibilities

- Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and lifting gear to ensure safety standards are met before use
- Coordinate with rigging teams to secure loads properly and communicate effectively with ground personnel during lifts
- Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and basic maintenance of crane equipment to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety protocols, including load limits, signaling procedures, and site-specific regulations
- Maintain transparent communication with construction teams, supervisors, and other operators to ensure smooth workflow

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
