A Hong Kong-listed international gaming company is looking for a Creative Director to lead creative strategy and execution for the North American market .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead UA creative strategy across video ads, playable ads, static assets and store creatives
- Build a data-driven creative testing & optimization framework
- Partner with UA/Marketing teams to turn performance data into creative direction
- Lead internal creative teams and external production partners
- Develop brand voice, visual identity and content strategy for North America
- Lead creative for KOL/influencer, social media, live ops and GTM launches

Requirements

- 5+ years of creative experience in the mobile gaming industry




- 2–3+ years in a creative leadership/management role
- Strong sports mobile game background with hands-on North America market experience
- Portfolio covering both UA performance ads and brand/content creative
- Robust understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR and CPI
- Good understanding of North American gamers and sports audiences
- Fluent English; experience working with Chinese gaming teams/publishers is a plus
