Join our team as a Custodian/Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to keep all areas spotless.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs needed, and ensuring safety hazards are addressed promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment while adhering to health standards.
- Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers,



and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
- Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or required.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is required; further training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and basic facilities maintenance is advantageous.
- Reliable with good time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
