We’re looking for a highly organized, motivated, and people-focused Customer Account Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, solving problems, and being involved in the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing business.

About the Role

As a Customer Account Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for a variety of customer accounts, helping manage everything from initial inquiries and quotations through to order processing, production, and delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing or the printing industry is an asset, but not required.

You’ll also have the prospect to learn different areas of our business and cross-train with our production, prepress, and finishing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and qualified manner
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Provide customers with product information, recommendations, and solutions




- Prepare and send accurate quotations using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Process and manage customer orders from order entry through completion
- Track orders, provide updates, and follow up with customers
- Coordinate with production, prepress, finishing, and other internal departments to ensure orders move smoothly through the facility
- Help with and provide backup support for production-related tasks and other job functions as needed
- Learn and understand our production processes and printing operations
- Help troubleshoot customer or order-related issues and find solutions

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers and preparing quotations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comfortable learning new software and processes
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- A keen eye for detail, particularly when it comes to colour, artwork, and design




- Ability to build positive and professional customer relationships
- Willingness to learn different aspects of the business and cross-train in other departments
- Reliable transportation and punctuality

Assets, But Not Required

- Experience in the printing or label industry
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting

Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

This is an in-person position in Mississauga. Some flexibility in hours may be available for the right candidate.
