Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet company guidelines
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met across all food preparation areas

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant, cafeteria, or similar setting communicating directly with customers is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards
