Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Provide accurate information about products and services in a clear, friendly manner.
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
- Use data entry skills to update customer records and document interactions efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and active listening.
- Excellent data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records.
- Analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to promote products confidently.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
