Position Summary

Seeking reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. One full-time, and one part-time position available. The successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service while accurately processing transactions and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in both the convenience store and gas pump area. Previous retail, customer service, or gas station experience is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately handle cash, debit, credit, and other monetary transactions.
- Process lottery sales and validate lottery tickets.
- Sell age-restricted products, including cigarettes, beer, and wine, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Authorize fuel purchases and assist customers with pump-related inquiries
- Process purchases for all convenience store merchandise.
- Maintain accurate cash balances and follow cash handling procedures.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed.
- Keep the store, washroom facilities, and gas pump area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor store inventory and report low stock levels.
- Follow all safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.




- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications

Experience Required

- Previous customer service, retail, or gas station experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and perform transactions accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting and stocking duties.
- Ability to work evening shifts, weekdays, and weekends.
