We’re looking for a personable, customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all of our customers. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences while also having an interest in sales. You’ll receive support and training to help you develop your customer service, communication, and sales skills.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Listen carefully to customers to understand their questions, needs, and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about available products and services.
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on each customer’s individual needs.
- Respond to customer questions and help resolve concerns in a timely and professional way.
- Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure they have the information and support they need.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Process customer requests and sales according to company procedures.
- Keep up to date with product information, promotions, services, and company policies.
- Work toward individual and team sales and customer service goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.

What We’re Looking For This is an entry-level position,



and previous sales or customer service experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, approachable, motivated to learn, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
