Interested? We are looking for our next Customs Release Specialist to join our customs department in Québec.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Open client files, enter data, validate information, verify credit, and handle invoicing.
- Obtain any additional information or documents needed from clients, suppliers, carriers, Customs, and other Axxess offices when required.




- Identify changes to be made to profiles and notify the intermediate or senior pricing specialist.
- Communicate regularly and answer basic questions from clients and truck drivers.

What we are looking for:

- You are bilingual in French and English in order to communicate with future colleagues and clients located across Canada and worldwide.
- You have studied logistics or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in customs and with an international freight forwarder.
- You are autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- You enjoy teamwork and are motivated to take on current challenges!
