Description:

Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the client leadership team and the System Integrator.

Provide overall program governance, direction, and accountability for successful project delivery.

Manage stakeholder relationships across business, IT, executive sponsors, and third-party vendors.

Drive project planning, milestone tracking, budget control, and resource management.

Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular program status updates.

Ensure business objectives, scope, and implementation priorities remain aligned throughout the project.

Lead risk, issue, dependency,



and escalation management activities.

Coordinate decision-making and secure timely approvals from client stakeholders.

Oversee requirements validation and ensure solutions meet business process needs.

Monitor solution design activities to ensure alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.

Support change management, user adoption, communication, and organizational readiness activities.

Ensure testing phases (SIT, UAT, Performance Testing) are planned, executed, and completed successfully.

Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and deployment activities.

Manage relationships with Microsoft, ISV partners, and external vendors involved in the program.

Track project financials, including budget consumption, change requests, and forecast accuracy.

Ensure compliance with client policies, regulatory requirements.
