Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Design and optimize databases utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, ensuring data integrity and efficient access for analysis.
- Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by participating in planning, development, testing, and deployment of analytical solutions.
- Conduct business analysis to understand operational needs, translate them into technical specifications, and recommend improvements.




- Create detailed documentation using Visio for process flows and database design schematics; utilize VBA for automation tasks where applicable.
- Assist in project management activities by tracking progress, managing deadlines, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
- Utilize Bash (Unix shell) scripting for data extraction or automation tasks in Unix-based environments when necessary.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with data analysis skills including SQL querying, statistical techniques, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, VBA, and Microsoft SQL Server; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and experience working with relational databases.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes for developing analytical applications or dashboards.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear insights.
- Experience working within Business Analysis frameworks to identify needs and deliver solutions effectively.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
