About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality and integrity of our extensive product data catalog, which includes over 100,000 SKUs. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of product information across multiple systems, including ERP platforms.
You will leverage your analytical skills, along with AI and Business Intelligence tools, to develop innovative solutions that optimize our data processes and support strategic decision-making.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data management, process automation, and industry innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Master Data Clerks, IT, and Product Development, to implement best practices, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the evolution of our data governance framework. Your efforts will directly impact operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction, making this an exciting role for those passionate about data and technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management within a multi-system environment, preferably with ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.
- A proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in French and able to read and understand English for qualitative data processing.

- Experience in product data management, including attributes, hierarchies, substitutions, and classifications.

Responsibilities
- Identify and lead initiatives aimed at improving product data quality, consistency, and governance standards.
- Clean, transform, structure, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Master Data Clerks, providing guidance and contributing to the development of best practices for creating and maintaining product records, including parts, accessories, apparel, variants, technical attributes, and application charts.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and monitoring tools to measure data quality, process performance, and compliance with governance standards.
- Leverage AI and analytics tools to automate routine tasks, identify patterns,
and generate actionable business insights.
- Evaluate the impact of data initiatives, measure outcomes, and recommend further optimization opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate actively in data migration efforts, ERP transitions, and the integration of new in-house systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with overall business objectives and industry best practices.
