Day Shift Team Member – Pita Pit Shelburne

Pita Pit Shelburne is hiring 3–4 Day Shift Team Members!

We’re looking for reliable, friendly people to join our team who have consistent daytime availability and genuinely enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The biggest thing we’re looking for is initiative.

We want people who notice what needs to be done and do it without waiting to be asked. If something needs restocking, you restock it. If something needs cleaning, you clean it. If a teammate is slammed, you jump in and help.

We’re also big on personality and customer service. We want team members who are naturally friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking to people. Our customers aren’t just transactions — greet them, talk to them, ask questions and make them feel welcome.

What you’ll do:
- Greet and interact with customers
- Take orders and operate the POS
- Prepare pitas, bowls, smoothies and other menu items
- Grill proteins and prepare ingredients
- Prep, restock and organize throughout your shift
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety and Pita Pit standards
- Jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

Experience

Restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability and work ethic matter more to us.

We can teach you our menu and systems. It’s much harder to teach someone to care, hustle, use good judgment or notice what needs doing.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
