Senator Hotel & Conference Center is accepting applications for a Part time Daybreak Staff position within the Waitress dining Room Job classification.
The successful applicant will perform duties as required to support the efficient operation of the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The successful applicant will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to:
· Prepare and set up the Daybreak breakfast area before the start of service.
· Ensure food, beverages, utensils, dishes, and other required supplies are properly stocked and available.
· Welcome and assist hotel guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
· Monitor the breakfast area throughout service and replenish food and beverage items as required.
· Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juice, and other beverages as required.
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast and dining areas.
· Clear and clean tables promptly and prepare them for incoming guests.
· Wash, clean, and organize dishes, utensils, and other service items as required.
· Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
· Monitor food and supply levels and inform management when additional supplies are required.
· Clean and organize the breakfast service area at the end of each shift.
· Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards to the Operations Manager.
· Assist guests with reasonable requests and respond to concerns professionally.
· Work cooperatively with kitchen, front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel staff.
· Assist with other food service and dining room duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED The successful applicant must have:
· Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is considered an asset.
· Food Handling Certificate is mandatory

Pay: $19.85-$20.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
