Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Day Care Supervisor to lead and inspire a nurturing environment for young children. Duties

- Supervise daily activities within the daycare, ensuring they are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with educational standards
- Lead and support a team of caregivers and teachers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and health protocols at all times
- Coordinate curriculum planning to promote early childhood education and developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling staff shifts, maintaining attendance records,



and overseeing supply inventory
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities

Qualifications

- Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to create engaging learning experiences
- Demonstrated caregiving abilities combined with leadership qualities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to childcare facilities
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude
