Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and passionate about providing high-quality dental care. This position is a temporary paternity leave coverage for approximately 4 months.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

Take and process dental X-rays

Greet and prepare patients for treatment

Maintain accurate patient records

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Requirements:

Dental Assistant certification or relevant training

Previous experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)

Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures





Strong communication and teamwork skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Cerec experience an asset

Tracker software experience an asset

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
