Village Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, organized and motivated Dental Assistant to join our orthodontic team.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality orthodontic treatment in a caring, affordable and skilled environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a collaborative clinical setting and takes pride in helping the day run smoothly.

In this role, you will support all aspects of clinical orthodontics, including bonding and banding, aligners, arch wires, debonding and appliance inserts. You will also assist with diagnostic records such as X-rays, intraoral and extraoral photographs and iTero scans.

Additional responsibilities include preparing and turning over treatment areas, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, maintaining sterilization and equipment logs, stocking clinical supplies, tracking impressions and lab cases, assisting with inventory and helping maintain a clean, organized and efficient clinic.



You will work closely with the clinical team to support patient flow, communicate schedule changes and ensure patients receive a warm and professional experience from arrival through the completion of their appointment.

What we’re looking for:

- Successful completion of a Dental Assisting Diploma
- Orthodontic experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A warm, professional approach to patient care
- Experience with dental software is considered an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced clinical environment

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with occasional Fridays and two Saturdays per month.
