You’ll be the friendly face patients see first and the efficient organizer behind the scenes, ensuring every appointment runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Duties

- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and manage appointment scheduling using dental practice management software such as Maxident
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and care
- Prepare treatment rooms, disinfecting and sterilizing procedures
- Manage patient records accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and updating medical history using dental software systems
- Answer phone calls promptly, address patient inquiries,



and coordinate appointment follow-ups
- Assist in billing procedures, insurance verifications, and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and clinical workspace to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or dental assistant an asset, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and appointment scheduling
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
