Trenant Park Dental is a modern, patient-focused dental clinic looking for an experienced, friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team.

We take pride in providing excellent patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, works well in a busy setting, and values being part of a positive efficient team.

Schedule

- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No long weekends

Responsibilities

- Welcome and check in patients.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations effectively.
- Manage recalls and treatment scheduling.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Communicate professionally with patients and team members clearly.
- manage day-to-day front desk operations

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience
- Experience with Tracker software is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills




- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when needed

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
