About The Role

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team at Soucy. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, modeling, and developing mechanical systems and products that are used in challenging agricultural and industrial environments. You will have the opportunity to manage your projects from conception through to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

This position requires a proactive approach, technical expertise, and a passion for mechanics and product development. As part of our team, you will directly contribute to creating tangible, real-world products that make a difference in the field.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and relevant experience, including:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in mechanics and mechanical systems
- Resourcefulness, curiosity, and a creative mindset to solve complex technical challenges




- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities As a Mechanical Engineer at Soucy, your key responsibilities will include:

- Designing and modeling mechanical systems and components in 3D software to meet project specifications and standards
- Developing new products and enhancing existing ones to improve performance, durability, and efficiency
- Managing engineering projects from initial concept through to manufacturing and deployment
- Participating in testing procedures, technical reviews, and validation processes to ensure product quality
- Addressing and solving technical challenges related to product design, manufacturing, and field application
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including R&D;, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project success
- Documenting design processes, technical specifications, and project milestones for internal and external stakeholders
