About The Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our build, deployment, and operational processes across our infrastructure. You will work in an AWS-based environment supporting backend, frontend, and internal services, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Your expertise will help us optimize our CI/CD pipelines, automate operational workflows, and improve system observability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automation, with a passion for improving operational resilience. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement best practices for deployment, incident response, and system recovery, contributing to the ongoing reliability and performance of our platform.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing production systems in AWS or similar cloud environments




- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools
- Deep understanding of AWS networking components such as VPCs, subnets, security groups, load balancers, and DNS
- Proficiency with Linux, shell scripting, Python, and Go programming languages
- Hands-on experience with Docker, ECS, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration platforms
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or similar
- Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalents
- Knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues
- Experience with edge and traffic management tools like Cloudflare
- Solid troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and data layers
- Experience with incident response, on-call duties, and postmortem analysis
- Ability to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational workflows

Responsibilities

- Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and setting management for various services
- Build, maintain, and scale cloud infrastructure across AWS and container-based platforms
- Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards, and tracing systems to ensure high visibility into system health
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop safer deployment strategies, rollback plans,



and recovery procedures
- Automate operational tasks and improve internal tooling to increase efficiency
- Maintain infrastructure as code and deployment automation tools to ensure consistency and repeatability
- Develop and test failover, backup, and restore procedures for critical systems to ensure business continuity
- Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations to promptly address incidents
- Lead incident response efforts, conduct postmortems, and implement follow-up actions to prevent recurrence
- Continuously improve system reliability, resilience, and operational readiness
- Assist in capacity planning and scaling strategies to handle growth and traffic spikes
