Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Dining Room Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming dining experience for all patrons. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas according to sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Must have current Step 2 TB test, food handlers and smart serve certificate
- Current criminal and vulnerable check (within 6 months)
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Basic kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality industry
