Responsibilities

- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting food preparation and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in the kitchen environment.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by managing dish flow and ensuring all items are ready for use promptly.
- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to maintain an environmentally friendly workspace.




- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Strong understanding of cleaning protocols, food handling safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or containers.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation or cooking experience, is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting hospitality efforts.
- Familiarity with hotel or food service industries enhances your ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings.
