Simply Student Services is a home maintenance company serving Ottawa homeowners with window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing. We're looking for motivated, outgoing sales reps to knock doors, sell jobs on the spot, and build their own income this fall.

What you'll do

- Walk assigned neighbourhoods and speak directly with homeowners about our services - Run our proven sales script, handle objections, and close jobs at the door - Log every lead and sale on the spot using our canvassing app and quoting tool - Plan your route and territory in advance with your team lead - Join a quick daily/weekly team check-in What we offer:

- Commission-only pay with no cap: 18% commission on every job you sell in your first two weeks, 20% in weeks three and four, then 22% from week five on (on a typical $250 job, that's $45-$55+ per sale)



- Full training on our script, objection handling, and canvassing app before you're ever on your own at a door - $200 welcome-back bonus for returning reps - A clear path to Team Lead for reps who perform - Flexible outdoor work, minimum 12 hours/week What we're looking for:
- Comfortable talking to strangers and handling rejection - Reliable phone with data for our canvassing/lead app - Own transportation preferred, not required - Available at least 12 hrs/week through December this fall Excellent fit for students or anyone who wants uncapped earning potential and flexible hours.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
