About the Role:

X-Spect Oilfield NDT is looking for an experienced and motivated Downhole Tool House / BHA Inspector to join our team in Nisku, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting downhole tools, BHA components, and related oilfield equipment to ensure they meet applicable API RP7G standards, customer requirements, and In house quality control procedures.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to performing accurate, thorough inspections in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

- Key Responsibilities:

· Perform Mag-Particle; LPI; Dimensional and Visual Inspections inspection on downhole tools, BHA components, and related oilfield equipment.
- Verify tool condition and identify equipment that does not meet required specifications.
- Accurate Completion of inspection reports and related documentation in an efficient and timely manner.
- Follow applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and inspection procedures.
- Ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained and used correctly.
- Communicate inspection findings and deficiencies to supervisors and customers when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience inspecting downhole tools, BHA components,



or oilfield equipment.
- Previous NDT inspection experience is considered an asset.
- Valid ASNT or CGSB Level II certification (MP/LP/UT/EMI) is an asset.
- Strong understanding of oilfield Down Hole Tool and BHA equipment identification, use and applicable inspection practices.
- Ability to accurately identify and document defects, wear, and damage.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates with H2S; First Aid & CSO are Prefered
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to speak and read English fluently
